Erin McCluskey Wheeler makes densely layered and colorful collage paintings exploring memory, loss, and preservation. She runs educational programs at public gardens in the East Bay and is the founding manager of an artist’s residency program at The Gardens at Heather Farm. She holds a BA from Beloit College and an MFA from California College of the Arts.

Miyoko Ito created dreamlike spaces with forms that verge on the familiar while remaining ambiguous. Adding to the mystery of her imagery, her paintings often incorporate layers of cool and warm color that create visual vibrations along their edges. Experiment with Ito’s color play by painting layered designs of your own.
