2nd Annual Berkeley High School/Bay Area Film & Video Festival
Recommended for ages 14+. Discussion with the artists will follow the screening. This is a rare opportunity to experience what Bay Area high school students have to offer the world of film and video. Comprised of short works by young filmmakers at local high schools, the show is curated and presented by Berkeley High students in the Communications Arts and Sciences (CAS) program, in collaboration with UCB's ArtsBridge Scholars program of the Consortium for the Arts and the Pacific Film Archive. The student curators are: Natalia Ackley-Barahona, Portia Boni, Zachary Cohen, Dario Fernandez, Chevalier Patterson, Jesse Roll-Beyea, Daryl Perkins. Nina Quinones, David Woodard. Their ArtsBridge mentors are Jennifer Ammann and Maria Chavez.
