A repeat of the two programs shown October 29, The Best of Annecy provides a rare opportunity to see recent work by leading animators from the U.S., Canada, France, Italy, and Eastern Europe, selected from the 1981 International Festival of Animated Films held in Annecy, France. Included in the program is the Grand Prize-winning, pixilated film, Tango, by Polish filmmaker Zbigniew Rybczynski, as well as recent work of well-known artists Will Vinton, Larry Jordan, George Griffin, Guido Manuli, and many others.
