An Evening with Pauline Kael
The Pacific Film Archive presents an evening with America's most admired film critic, Pauline Kael, who will discuss contemporary films and answer questions. Following the lecture, at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the Theater Lobby, Ms. Kael will be signing copies of her most recent book, “When the Lights Go Down,” which brings together her writings for The New Yorker over the past five years, and includes her profile of actor Cary Grant. “When the Lights Go Down” may be purchased through the University Art Museum Bookstore, in the Theater Lobby this evening.
This event is open to University Art Museum Council Members and their guests only.
