Lee Sokol juxtaposes sensual footage of Mexico with a 40-year-old Mexican's poignant account of youthful passion. The film recently won the Grand Prize for short film at the Melbourne Film Festival '84, where the jury praised Sokol's “strongly successful intertwining of images, words and music to create a mood of obsessive sensuality.”
