Recommended for ages 8 and older. An invisible and megalomaniacal man terrorizes an English village in this special effects marvel full of clothes and objects that seem to move by themselves. The H.G. Wells story was superbly acted by Claude Rains and directed by James Whale of Frankenstein fame. Preceded by a vintage cartoon for Halloween.
