Luz del Fuego -- NOT SHOWN -- INSTEAD, "IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU" (no note for "It's Nice to Meet You" --Note for LUZ DEL FUEGO printed in Calendar)
David Neves's latest feature (which, as we go to press, is in its final editing stage), Luz del Fuego is described as "the Lola Montes of the southern hemisphere" (Fabiano Canosa). Set against the political scene of Brazil in the 1950s, it is Neves's portrait of Luz del Fuego, "dancer, snake charmer, woman of the world, wild creature from Brazil, and friend to the most important men of her time."
