Anarchy finds a new home aboard an ocean liner, where "the stockholders of yesteryear are the stowaways of today" and Groucho claims to have worked himself up from nothing to a state of extreme poverty. The four frenetic freeloaders manage to score food and drink, all the while biting the hands that feed them.
