Q: What’s happening?
A: A performance featuring composer and performer Raven Chacon, on Alcatraz on Sunday Nov 6 at 2 PM. Chacon will perform a new electroacoustic work, entitled Live from Alcatraz, which is about 45 minutes in length.

Q: What’s included with my ticket?
A: The $45 non-refundable ticket price includes a ticket for the 1:05 PM ferry and the Raven Chacon performance on Alcatraz. This is a flat ticket price for all audiences. The only way to reserve a space at this private event is to purchase a ticket through BAMPFA directly (in person or online). Tickets will be available for purchase until November 2.

Q: Where do I need to be and when?
A: The ferry leaves Pier 33 at 1:05 PM—please be on the sidewalk in front of the pier entrance at least 20 minutes ahead of time, and allow plenty of time to get there.

Q: Is the ferry ticket round trip?
A: Yes. You can take any scheduled return trip ferry back.

Q: Do I need a physical or virtual ticket?
A: No, your name will be on our reservation list—but please feel free to have your email confirmation with you. Everyone must check in with our staff to get a ferry ticket and a sticker/wristband for concert access.

Q: What else do I need to know?
A: Don’t forget to dress for bay weather. And . . . daylight savings ends at 2 AM on the day of the performance.
