The Statement (I Katathesi)
This taut, stark dramatization is based on a real event. A couple sell their new-born child which they cannot afford to rear properly. The film is told in terms of the mother's account before a prosecuting magistrate, with flashbacks of the clinic and the sale.

Kavala
