Without Honor

"Rather like Way Down East without its spectacle and melodrama, Without Honor is a simple and admittedly old-fashioned morality play that is one of the few surviving starring showcases for Margery Wilson (a William S. Hart leading lady, and Brown Eyes in Intolerance) who died only quite recently. The 1917 Los Angeles exteriors are fascinating, and Charles Stumar's fine photography is well displayed in this excellent original print." William K. Everson
