520 This tape begins with "The World's Longest Bridge (1970),
a single take of the crossing of the Lake Pontchartrain
Causeway in Louisiana. Here, the durational hook captures
the lulling monotony of the drive with rigorous
simplicity"--Steve Seid, Tunneling through the wasteland:
Ant Farm video. (25 min.) The remainder of the tape
consists of five short (approx. 2 min.) vignettes: St.
Louis Arch, ferry across the Mississippi River, rowing
under a bridge, running down the levee, and picnic on the
grass.
