We have just confirmed that the first feature to screen in our new theater will be Ingmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal. The new state-of-the-art theater is named after Barbro Osher, the Honorary Consul General of Sweden in California, and she has selected this classic of world cinema to kick of the next chapter in BAMPFA's admired history of film programming. The screening will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016, the first day of regular programming in the new building. We invite you to join us on this historic evening.
