Black Wednesday Wall: Reimagined
Individuals who were integral to the Black Wednesday Wall public art project share insights about the process of reimagining the space and what they ultimately envision it to be.
Participants include Takiyah Jackson, director of the African American Student Development Office; Walter Hood, professor of landscape architecture and environmental planning and urban design; Allan deSouza, department chair and associate professor of photography in the Department of Art Practice; Mia Settles Tidwell, assistant vice chancellor and chief of staff at the Division of Equity and Inclusion; and Blake Simons, assistant director of the Fannie Lou Hamer Black Resource Center.
