It includes: The opera singer, Luisa Tetrazzini performing at the Greek Theater, University of California, Berkeley (1911); the construction of Sather Tower (the campanile), with views of South Hall (1914); reviewing the troops (1917); the Bentley School in Oakland, California with children dancing and performing calisthenics (1922); Cadets on parade at the University of California, Berkeley campus (1917); more footage of Sather Tower; ships in harbor; Christmas(?) parade with floats, troops, tanks, nurses marching down Market Street in San Francisco and reviewing stand (191?); the construction of the Red Cross Building in San Francisco (191?); various sporting events, football, tug of war between sailors, baseball game, marching band; William Randolph Hearst participating in a celebration of a ship launching in San Francisco (one of the cars has a sign that reads "Schwab-Piez reception") (191?); train wreck; parade of women down Market Street in San Francisco (191?); more Tetrazzini footage; "Captain of Police Daniel J. O'Brien", who eventually became Police Chief in San Francisco (191?). The last part of the videotape consists of two shorts which 520 lack title and credits. The intertitles for the first read : "On September 17, 1923 the most diastrous fire ever visited any city, destroyed 50 blocks of Berkeley's fine residential district, levelled 600 homes and caused damage estimated at millions of dollars" -- "Scenes during and after the fire."
