a 1940s reissue with re- editing for smoother intercutting,
and makes more sense than the original.. He also
recommends to project the print at 21 1/2 fps with sound
on (there is no noticeable distortion).--Feb. 1990. Arthur
(projectionist) says that this is the 1943 20th
anniversary version.
