Special effects by Isauro Nava, Rancho del Cura, Huatla de Jimenez, Mexico." The film uses frenetic, fast cutting of street and village scenes in Mexico to give a hallucinogenic effect . Scenes include graveyards, people gambling and playing cards, and fireworks. After the fireworks, the setting switches to city scenes, including highways, traffic signals, and gardens. The fast cutting is continued throughout, implying that one can expand one's perceptions in both rural and urban environments. 541 0 PFA 1612-01-8852.
