The first 40 min. of the tape shows Skip Sweeney, Doug McKechnie on the moog synthesizer and Bill Hearn on his invention, the Vidium, creating television feedback experiments. The next 20 min. documents a concert given by Buffy Sainte-Marie on the Embarcadero in San Francisco to raise money and awareness of the Native American occupation of Alcatraz Island.
