Chick Strand: Seeing in Between is curated At PFA by Irina Leimbacher as part of an internship program, now in its second year, of Student-Organized Research Projects on women Avant-Garde Filmmakers. Leimbacher is a Graduate Film Production Student in the MFA program at San Francisco State University. The Chick Strand Films in the Pfa Collection have been preserved with funding from AFI/NEA Film Preservation Program, and The John D. and Catherine T. Macarthur Foundation.
