The Women of Color Film & Video Festival is a three-day series opening Sunday, March 1, at Wurster Auditorium on the UC campus, and continuing at the Pacific Film Archive on March 2 and 3. This festival is a celebration of the complicated and diverse spectrum of work by women of color. Showcasing films and videos that interrogate categories of identity and of film, the festival challenges the marginalization of this work in mainstream media culture. This series was curated by members of the Women of Color Film Project, Michella Rivera Gravage, Jason Alley, and Rima Añosa.Monday March 2, 1998
