Using Our New Online Ticketing System

BAMPFA has a new system for online ticket purchases, becoming a member, and giving contributions online. New and returning visitors will need to create a new account. Current and former BAMPFA members will need to set a new password for their accounts to access their benefits online.

New and Returning Visitors: Create a New Account

To purchase tickets, become a BAMPFA member, or contribute a gift online you will need to create an account.

  • I’ve previously purchased tickets online, do I need to create a new account?
    Yes. If you have purchased tickets online before September 31, 2021, you will need to create a new account. If you purchased tickets online after that date, please continue to use your new account.
  • I receive email newsletters from BAMPFA, do I need a new account?
    Yes. If you currently receive promotional or newsletter emails from BAMPFA, you will also need to create a new account to purchase tickets.
  • I have purchased tickets in person before. Do I need to make an account?
    Yes. Creating an account will allow you to purchase tickets online.


BAMPFA Members: Set a New Password

Current BAMPFA members already have an account where they can purchase discounted tickets, renew or upgrade their level of membership, or give BAMPFA memberships as gifts. The first time you use our system online, you will need to set a password.

  • I’m a current BAMPFA member, do I need to create a new account?
    No, but you do need to set your password the first time you log in.
  • I’ve used the website before to purchase tickets or renew my membership, can I simply log in with that information?
    As long as your email address has not changed, you simply need to set a new password.
  • I’m a BAMPFA member, but I’ve never purchased tickets or renewed online. Do I need to create a new account?
    No, but you do need to set your password the first time you log in. If this does not work, we may not have an email address on file for your membership. Please contact Member Services at bampfamember@berkeley.edu or (510) 642-5186.
  • I used to be a BAMPFA member, and I want to renew online. Do I need to create a new account?
    You may have an account on file, but you will still need to set a password. If this does not work, we may not have an email address on file for your membership. Please contact Member Services at bampfamember@berkeley.edu or (510) 642-5186.
