Poet-turned-filmmaker Alison McAlpine finds her wonder at the night sky as seen from the Atacama Desert, Chile, reflected in the people she meets there. Cowboys, algae collectors, astronomers, scientists, miners, and storytellers each share their particular perspectives on what the infinite and omnipresent starscape evokes.
