While the world argues about who, or which generation, is relevant, tech entrepreneur and Berkeley alum Gina Pell has coined the term Perennials to describe an ever-blooming group of people of all ages, stripes, and types who transcend stereotypes and make connections with one another and the world around them. Perennials don't let age define their interests, tastes, or social behavior, and represent an inclusive, enduring mindset, not a divisive demographic. Gina Pell is content chief of The What.
