Modified Hours

Saturday, October 26: BAMPFA will open late at 1:00 PM due to a private event.

Wednesday, November 27: Galleries close at 5 PM
Thursday, November 28: BAMPFA is closed
Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 1: Galleries close at 5 PM
Saturday, December 14 through Sunday, December 22: Galleries close at 5 PM
Monday, December 23 through Sunday, January 5: BAMPFA is closed

Film tickets available online until one hour before showtime and at the BAMPFA admissions desk. Special pricing is noted in individual film and program descriptions. Group sales are available in advance for ten or more tickets to a single film screening—please call (510) 642-1412.

BAMPFA is introducing new membership tiers and admission pricing to make art and film more accessible to a wider range of communities. All price changes go into effect Monday, December 2, 2024.
