Due to COVID-19, BAMPFA is temporarily closed. We are busy planning how to reopen safely when local public health authorities and the University indicate it is feasible to do so. While we miss seeing you at BAMPFA, we are proud to do our part in keeping our community healthy by keeping our doors closed until this crisis subsides. During this difficult period, we’ve been deeply moved by the messages of concern that many of you have expressed about how this closure will impact BAMPFA’s artists, students, and staff. To find out how you can support the museum through this challenging time, we encourage you to visit bampfa.org/support.

And while we’re waiting to see each other again, explore our website to find online exhibitions and a rotating selection of streaming films, as well as online events and archival treasures. And be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

We wish everyone health and safety, and we hope to welcome you back to BAMPFA soon.
