Join professor Shannon Jackson for the first event of the spring Arts + Design Thursdays online series, in which she will provide an introduction to time-based media art and an overview of the series. 

Jackson is associate vice chancellor of Arts + Design and the Cyrus and Michelle Hadidi Chair in the Humanities at the University of California, Berkeley, where she is also a professor of rhetoric and of theater, dance, and performance studies.
