Berkeley Symphony Workshop with Anna Clyne

Make art and poetry inspired by music with composer Anna Clyne. This workshop explores Clyne's creative process for Night Ferry, which translated a collage of paint, pen, charcoal, gauze, poetry, and illustration into a twenty-three-minute composition.

Let the music move your imagination as we listen to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s performance of Night Ferry, directed by Ricardo Muti, and visually explore the work's seven sections. The resulting artworks and poems will be shared on the Berkeley Symphony Orchestra's website before Night Ferry premieres at Zellerbach Hall October 4.
