For the third year in a row, students from the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism present documentaries, photography, and innovative multimedia projects in a special showcase produced and curated specifically for BAMPFA. The centerpiece of this year’s program is a screening of director/producer Eva Rendle’s 2019 Student Academy Award–winning All That Remains, a documentary about the impact of the California wildfires on undocumented vineyard workers that touches on public health, immigration, income equality, human rights, and politics. The program is hosted by J-School faculty Andrés Cediel, Cassandra Herrman, Richard Koci Hernandez, and Ken Light.
