Ticket Prices
Tickets for each Festival film at PFA are $8, general; $6.50, BAM/PFA and San Francisco Film Society members, seniors, students, and disabled persons. Please note that PFA second-feature discounts do not apply to Festival films.
Advance Tickets to PFA screenings only can be purchased at the PFA box office which is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., re-opening at 6 p.m. On weekends, the box office opens one hour in advance of the first program of the day. The box office accepts cash, personal check, Visa/MC/Discover. Tickets can also be charged by phone (credit card only) up to one day before the program for pick-up at Will Call. Charge-by-phone service is free to BAM/PFA and SFFS members; all others pay a 50¢-per-ticket service charge. Advance purchase is recommended. Tickets for all Festival venues are now available at the Festival box office, located on the second floor of the Japan Center adjacent to the AMC Kabuki 8 Theaters, San Francisco. Enjoy dinner, dessert, and the movies! During the Film Festival, Cafe Grace is open until the start of the last show of the evening. Unless specified, all films are in the language of their country of origin, with English subtitles, and are in color. Many filmmakers will be appearing in person at the PFA screenings of their films.
