Poet Anne Lesley Selcer and artist Guta Galli present a collaborative video and a statement authored by Selcer. The performance, which references Lygia Clark’s Baba Anthropofágica, Galli’s The Minotaur and Us, and Silvia Federici’s Caliban and the Witch via Selcer’s poem, is circumstantially transmuted into a video work that reflects on this gestational and suspended moment, a future not yet named. Selcer and Galli are interviewed by Alix Blevins to contextualize the work.
